  Job description- Sales Manager
  This position primarily focusing on Sales and Account Management to promote our solutions across all Key accounts within Bengaluru and PAN India. Promoting all products and systems offered by AIGENISS and mapping all key accounts successfully.
  Products and Systems includes Smart Security Surveillance, Advanced VMS & Storage, Automated Access Control , HVM, Control Rooms, Structured cabling, and Networking etc
  Responsibilities:
  
  *Proactively achieve personal and department revenue and profit targets
  *Generate and identify sales leads
  *Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential clients
  *Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with sales goals
  *Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
  *Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, brand reputation, and market share
  *Collaborate with technical teams and operations to drive sales for the assigned region & lead generation.
  * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  * Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide client consultation
  *Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison as necessary
