Job Title: Associate Director - Channel Sales (IT Products)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience Required: 12 to 20 Years

Budget: Up to 40 LPA (including variables)

(Hike will be given as per the market standards, based on the current CTC of the candidate.)

Overview:

Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Channel Sales to drive the growth of our IT products through strategic channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 20 years of experience in channel sales, with a strong background in IT products and solutions. This role requires a dynamic leader who can develop and manage relationships with channel partners, drive sales growth, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to promote company's IT products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue targets.

- Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners to expand the company's market reach and sales opportunities.

Channel Partner Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing them with the tools, training, and support needed to effectively sell company's IT products.

- Collaborate with channel partners to create joint business plans that drive mutual growth and profitability.

Sales Growth & Target Achievement:

- Set ambitious sales targets for the channel sales division and develop strategies to achieve and exceed these targets.

- Monitor and analyze channel partner performance, providing regular feedback and guidance to optimize sales outcomes.

Market Development & Expansion:

- Identify new market opportunities and work with channel partners to penetrate new verticals and regions.

- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform channel sales strategies and product positioning.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and mentor a team of channel sales professionals, fostering a high- performance culture focused on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills in IT products and channel sales.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Provide regular reports to senior management on channel sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape, along with actionable insights and recommendations.

- Utilize data-driven analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in channel sales strategies.

Experience:

- 12 to 20 years of experience in channel sales, with a focus on IT products or related technology solutions.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing channel partnerships to drive sales growth.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team.

- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Deep understanding of channel sales strategies and the IT products market.

- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and IT product knowledge.
