Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of construction schedule and ensure that the work is executed as per GFC Drawings.
• Responsible for quality of construction, adherence to approved drawing /specifications.
• Conducting site Audit on periodical basis and reporting to the Project head.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system, recommend and implement improvements when required.
• Resolving site related quality problems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Responsible for all inspection and maintain test records of inspection & tests carried out.
• Ensure that all persons working at site are using proper Personal Protective equipment and following company, s OHSE norms.
• Finalization and certification of RA bills from clients.
• Delegation of work to subordinates.
• Ensuring that all the required materials are indented and made available on time.
• Coordination between various agencies working at site, architects and consultants.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
