Timely booking of all Vendor invoices within the set TAT.
Ensure that all vendor and other payments are done within set timelines and as per schedule. Ensuring strict adherence / compliances with regards to TDS/ GST/ TCS and all other applicable provisions of direct and indirect taxes taxes as applicable while accounting the vendor invoices and releasing the payments Monthly scrutiny and reconciliations of vendor Accounts Preparation and circulation of vendor outstanding and GRIR and clearing accounts reports on weekly basis and following up with respective departments for timely submission of invoices to keep aging within set benchmarks.
Write-back/write off GRIR in SAP Assisting during internal audit and statutory audits Ensuing proper provisioning of expenses on a monthly basis and keeping the trend reports/details within the set timelines and carrying out regular scrutiny on monthly basis Ensure that petty cash payments are accounted for and disbursed within set timelines.
Ensuring MSME payments timely and adhering to all related compliances Keeping track of Vendor advances and knocking off within timelines as per PO terms and doing necessary follow up on weekly basis.
Development of Team and monitoring of the work done to ensure accuracy and timelines Working on automation wherever possible and ensure proper checks and balances and strengthening of processes and internal controls.
Any other areas/works as given from time to time considering the urgency and importance.
