Your Role at AgroStar will entail :
Talent Management & Performance Management
- Designing business-focused OD interventions based on business challenges and defining the Roadmap for Strategic HR interventions
- Understanding emerging business & functional needs and helping create the right Organization Design & Structures, relevant people practices, and offerings.
- Leading the development and implementation of performance management systems that foster a culture of continuous feedback, goal-setting, and performance improvement.
- Driving the implementation of competency models, assessment tools, and 360-degree feedback mechanisms.
- Running the Talent management cycle and performance appraisal cycles end-to-end.
Job Architecture Design:
- Leading the design and implementation of a comprehensive job architecture framework, including career paths, job leveling, and competency models.
- Ensuring the job architecture supports organizational growth, talent development, and succession planning.
- Working closely with business leaders and HR to ensure job structures are consistent, scalable, and aligned with the organization's strategy.
Compensation Strategy:
- Developing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational needs.
- Leading salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and the creation of salary structures to ensure fair and equitable pay.
- Overseeing monthly and annual incentive programs, performance-related pay, and other financial reward mechanisms.
- Overseeing the administration of our Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) policy, ensure seamless execution from grant to vesting to liquidation
HR Tech & Data Analytics:
- Managing the HRMS platform (Darwinbox), ensuring system optimization and smooth execution of HR processes and practices
- Creating org-level dashboards to track the org-wide progress of initiatives, update them periodically and, drive insights for decision-making.
You'll be a good match for the Manager - OD & Rewards role, if you tick the following boxes :
- MBA/ BBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in at least 2 of the following functional areas
- Performance Management, Talent Management, HR Tech & Transformation, Organizational Development
- Proficiency in HRMS (Darwinbox preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding employee information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
