Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Consulting Manager/Industry Lead to be a part of our Talent Solutions Consulting practice, focusing on rewards, talent, and organizational effectiveness.
This role involves leading client engagements, delivering innovative solutions, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibility :
1. Lead sectors/sub-sectors for business growth and client management.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities.
- Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and deliver complex projects to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Lead process improvements to optimize project delivery and client engagement.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance skills and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Contribute to thought leadership by developing content and participating in industry events to enhance brand reputation.
- Demonstrate expertise in one or more Talent Solutions areas
9. Conduct in-depth market research to inform strategic decision-making and client advisory.
10. Utilize advanced analytics to derive insights and drive data-driven decision-making for clients.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions and achieve project goals.
12. Stay updated with industry trends to ensure our consulting solutions remain innovative and competitive.

- Knowledge: Deep expertise in compensation and benefits design, rewards benchmarking, job evaluation, incentive design, and talent management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, project management, client relationship management, and solution design.
- Attitude: Independent, proactive, solution-oriented, committed to continuous learning and improvement, team player and multitasking.
Qualifications: Full Time Masters in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 7-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in compensation & benefits, rewards strategy design, job evaluation, incentive design, and talent management projects.
- Reports to: Director/Associate Partner
