Handled full life cycle of recruitment in Organization.

Handled induction of newly hired staff. Responsible for competency building & mapping of employees.

Responsible for HR administration function.

Development & implementation of HR policies & activities.

Soft Skills Handled staff retention, rewards & recognition function. Handled Salary & Wage administration of employees.
