Job Description
- Identify and research potential customers through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking events, industry forums).
- Qualify inbound leads and proactively reach out to target prospects to initiate meaningful conversations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through consistent outreach and follow-up.
Customer Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact, delivering engaging pitches to introduce Coginiti s products and services.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects business challenges and align them with Coginiti s solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos for account executives and technical teams.
Collaboration Reporting
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to execute targeted campaigns and improve messaging strategies.
- Track and record activities in CRM systems to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform go-to-market strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of data analytics, cloud technologies, or enterprise software solutions.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
