Job Description

  • Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and goals
  • Provide expert technical advice on how our data and analytics products can meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align product capabilities with customer requirements
Product Demonstrations
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing the features and benefits of our data and analytics solutions
  • Create and tailor presentations to address specific customer use cases and requirements.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
Pilot and Proof of Concept Support
  • Work closely with customers during pilot implementations and proof of concepts.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful evaluations of our products.
Technical Training
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on product functionality and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge resources.
Customer Support
  • Serve as a point of contact for technical inquiries during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the support team to address customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Product Marketing
  • Write and publish content including but not limited to:
  • Best practice frameworks and processes
  • Customer case studies
  • Sample code to exemplify the value of our products
  • Video content
  • Social media
  • Strengthen and magnify Coginiti s point of view by engaging with industry developer forums
  • Present at industry events, internal webinars, and local meetups
REQUIREMENTS
Proven Experience in a similar role, preferably within the data and analytics industry. You have a strong understanding of data architecture, analytics tools, and data visualization.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL)
  • Familiarity with data storage and processing technologies (e.g., databases, data warehouses)
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g. orchestration tools, data science platforms, metadata catalogs, business intelligence products)
Communication Skills
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration and Adaptability
  • You are adaptable to learn evolving product features and industry trends. You thrive in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Customer Obsessed
  • You ve developed and implemented customer-centric strategies based on customer insights and data analysis, managing, and deploying a meaningful budget across marketing channels and initiatives.
