Senior Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Generating Sales Invoices, Monitoring Sales Receipts and Preparation of Credit Notes.

2. Processing vendors payment on due date and Executing cash payment for all cash purchases.

3. Preparing Vouchers (Bank & Cash), Doing Data Entry, Reconciliation of Accounts and Bank Reconciliation statements.

4. Executing cash payments for all cash transactions and disbursing employees’ reimbursements and perks.

5. Laisoning with Banks for withdrawing cash, depositing cash/cheque, Drafts/Payorders.

6. Requesting and monitoring funds.

7. To check & verify the receipt of material as per Invoice and Purchase Order.

8. To inform the concerned user/department regarding the receipt of their required material.

9. SIB entry – All receipts are to be listed in SIB Register.

10. GRN entry – Goods Receipt Note to be prepared in ERP software with reference to SIB entry. 11. GRNs to be forwarded to Accounts Department with summary sheet and record to be maintained.

12. Material stacking at the desired location in stores.

13. Material Issue Slip generated after receipt of MR from user and Keeping the record.

14. Store House Keeping & Cleanliness.

15. To ensure the Issue of material as per FIFO (First In - First Out) method.

16. To store the chemicals & reagents as per required temperature.

17. To generate Monthly WIP report of Main Store and review Inventory Levels.

18. To review Expiry report periodically and ensure the issue of material well before expiry dates. 19. Reconciliation of Physical Stock with Store Stock at the end of Month.
