Roles and Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning, organizing and monitoring, various activities and processes of the section, including pre-analytical variables.
• Assigning and deploying, the human resource in order to provide timely Lab diagnostic services.
• To train, motivate, develop and guide the human resource in order to enhance effectiveness at the work place.
• To review the slides and provide a diagnostic report to the clients.
• Daily meeting with staff to review and plan daily / weekly / monthly activities and issues.
• Interacting with doctors, for test ordering practices, clarification and reports and counseling patients whenever circumstances permit.
• Participate in CMEs/Conferences, so that it has an influence on the perception of doctors.
• Ensure Implementation/compliance of Internal & External risk audit observations.
• Adherence on laid down SOP's.
• Consumption cost should be controlled to the desired level.
• Personnel cost should not exceed the desired level.
• Ensure service delivery levels to drive and retain walk-in customers, home collection, Corporate Camps, Projects. Daily interaction with walk-in patients.
• Maintain cleanliness and Hygiene of Lab
