AgileEngine - System/Security Engineer - IT Operations (5-10 yrs)

What is Required :

- 5-10 Years of Relevant Experience : A minimum of 5-10 years of direct experience in a computer operations environment, with a focus on IT application management, licensing, rationalization, evaluation, IT Helpdesk/Support, and the configuration and maintenance of end-user and small computer equipment.

- Help Desk & SLA Expertise : A strong understanding of help desk ticketing systems and the importance of maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- SSO & SCIM Implementation : Proven experience in implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) for new applications.

- RBAC Proficiency : In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles and implementation.

- YAML & JSON Proficiency : Hands-on experience working with YAML and JSON files for configuration and data exchange.

- SaaS Application Integration : Proven ability to integrate SaaS applications according to business requirements.

- Application Documentation : Meticulous documentation of all aspects of applications for maintenance and future reference.

- Atlassian Suite Administration : Expertise in administering the Atlassian Suite of products (Jira, Confluence, etc.

- Cloud Platform Administration : Proven experience administering Azure AD, Office 365, and Google Workspace.

- Microsoft Exchange Online Management : In-depth knowledge and experience managing Microsoft Exchange Online.

- Application Inventory Management : Experience in managing and maintaining an accurate inventory of all applications within the organization.

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure and data.

- Manage the lifecycle of applications, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.

- Provide technical support to end-users on a variety of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications, systems, and networks.

- Implement and maintain SSO and SCIM integrations for new applications.

- Configure and manage user access rights based on the RBAC model.

- Integrate SaaS applications seamlessly into the organization's IT environment.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all applications and systems.

- Administer and maintain the Atlassian Suite, Azure AD, Office 365, and Google Workspace.

- Manage Microsoft Exchange Online, including mailboxes, distribution lists, and other related services.

- Maintain an accurate inventory of all applications within the organization.

- Stay current on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Continuously improve and optimize IT processes and procedures.
