Lead Full stack Developer - Indore/Remote

This is full time remote working opportunity.

What is Required :

- Excellent Communication Skills : Fluent spoken and written English is essential for effective collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders.

- 5+ Years of Experience : Proven experience in software development with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals.

- Strong Proficiency in JavaScript & TypeScript : Deep understanding of JavaScript and its core concepts, with strong proficiency in TypeScript.

- Node.js Expertise : Solid understanding of Node.js and its ecosystem, including experience with relevant frameworks (Express.js, Nest.js, etc.

- React.js Proficiency : Extensive experience in developing and maintaining complex React.js applications.

- Cloud Platform Experience : Familiarity with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including their core services and best practices.

- Project Ownership : Experience in leading and executing projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Design Patterns : Strong understanding of design patterns and their practical application in real-world projects.

- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Experience in managing and mentoring junior developers, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

- Flexibility & Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in different time zones when required.

- Ownership Mentality : Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the quality and success of the projects you work on.

Nice to Haves :

- Hands-on Experience : Experience with Next.js and Nest.js is a significant plus.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality web applications using React.js and Node.js.

- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical expertise.

- Ensure the quality and maintainability of code through code reviews, testing, and best practices.

- Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.
