Node.js/React.js Full Stack Engineer (Lead)

• Write and deploy working, performant, and secure code to production;
• Improve business processes and operations of AgileEngine as well as for clients;
• Start projects from scratch, take part in defining architecture and strategies;
• Continually improve code quality, performance, and reliability;
• Analyze challenging problems and successfully deliver results.

Must haves

• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English;
• 5+ years of experience in software development;
• 2+ years of experience in leading the team;
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript ;
• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it;
• Experience with React.js ;
• Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL);
• Direct communication with stakeholders and users experience, including clarifying issues, bugs, and requirements details;
• Experience in starting projects from scratch;
• Understanding of Design Patterns and experience in real implementation of them;
• Knowledge of troubleshooting principles and practices applicable to areas of responsibility;
• Ability to analyze complex systems, identify problems, and develop effective solutions;
• Experience in managing teams and mentoring juniors;
• Must have an ownership mentality, experience working with cross-functional teams;
• Flexibility to work in different time zones.
• Nice to haves
• Experience with CRM systems and principles of successful integration of different application;
• Hands-on experience with Typescript, Next.js and Nest.js will be a big plus.
