Information Security Engineer II - Security Operations Center (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

- Mandatory experience & in-depth knowledge on Palo Alto & Checkpoint Firewalls

- Mandatory to have working/migration experience on Palo Alto Firewalls

- Design and Implementation Knowledge on ZScalar Proxies

- Sourcefire and Tipping Point IDS/IPS

- Good knowledge on Cisco ASA and Site to Site VPN.

- Ivanti Pulse secure VPN appliances

- Good experience with Provider-1, Check Point's Smart Center management station & Panorama for Palo Alto.

- Good knowledge of network security best practices, and Firewall Implementation, especially Palo Alto and Checkpoint Firewall.

- Good knowledge of the OSI networking model, TCP/IP protocols.

- Relevant security certifications preferably include: CCSE/CCSM, PCSAE/ PCSFE and ZTCA

Primary Function/Role :

The role of the Information Security II is to be a part of security team that safeguards the enterprise infrastructure and information across organizational holdings domestically and internationally. The position scope involves implementation, maintenance, and configuration of key enterprise security initiatives. Specific initiatives include maintaining and configuring the following products as well as other security devices & operations.

Understanding of the following security technologies :

- Good hands-on experience & in-depth knowledge on Checkpoint & Palo Alto Firewalls

- Desirable to have working experience on Palo Alto Firewalls

- Knowledge on Zscalar Proxies

- Sourcefire and Tipping Point IDS/IPS

- Good knowledge on Cisco ASA.

- Ivanti Pulse secure VPN appliances
