Ping Security Engineer - CISSP/CISM Certified (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage Ping Identity solutions, including PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and PingDirectory.

- Configure and administer Ping Identity products for Single Sign-On (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and other identity and access management functionalities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Ping Identity deployments.

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.

- Integrate Ping Identity with other enterprise systems, including on-premises and cloud-based applications.

- Configure and manage integrations with various identity providers and service providers.

- Develop and maintain custom integrations as needed. Implement and maintain security best practices for Ping Identity deployments, including access controls, auditing, and threat detection.

- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to identity and access management.

- Provide technical support to end-users and other IT teams.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Ping Identity configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications :

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ping Identity products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, PingDirectory).

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Deep expertise in administering and troubleshooting Ping Identity products.

- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including authentication, authorization, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication.

- Experience integrating Ping Identity with other enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, cloud applications).

- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.

- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
