Associate Director-Business Support and Administration

We are seeking an Associate Director to join Business Support team. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with leadership skills to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires someone who can translate complex data into actionable insights while managing key stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and reporting solutions
Drive analytics initiatives to identify business opportunities and operational efficiencies
Manage complex projects and deliver results within established timelines
Present analytical findings to senior management and stakeholders
Mentor team members and promote best practices in data analysis
Develop and implement data governance standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical solutions
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage mandatory documentation and maintain comprehensive records
Handle administrative responsibilities including team coordination and resource management
Drive process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Identify and implement process refinements to streamline workflows
Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize team performance and deliverables

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in business analytics or related field
- Strong project management skills with track record of delivering results
- Excellence in statistical analysis and data interpretation
