Change Management: Manage the change process effectively, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and support for new initiatives.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for staff to encourage a culture of continuous improvement and technology adoption.
Vendor Management: Evaluate and work with vendors of AI tools and automation software to ensure the best solutions are utilized.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Masterpreferred).
8+ years of relevant experience in process improvement and automation management.
Proven experience with AI tools and technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and robotic process automation (RPA).
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or similar methodologies is a plus. Preferred Skills:
Experience with software related to AI tool implementation and process automation (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Understanding of data analytics and related tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
