Job Description

Lead Engineer/ MarTech
Department - Digital
Base Location - Gurugram
Work Mode - Onsite
Travel Required - On Requirement Basis

Role:

Gather business requirements, design process & solution for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions/ tools
Conduct vendor assessment, IndiGo s MarTech/ AdTech capability assessment.
Provide recommendations on optimizing the MarTech/ AdTech stack and develop use cases to improve utilization of existing MarTech/ AdTech stack
Research, evaluate and recommend new MarTech /AdTech systems and suppliers. Keep a holistic understanding of existing and upcoming MarTech/AdTech platforms and how they connect into the broader marketing technology landscape.
Partner with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver the best solution meeting the needs of our clients.
Understand and convey the impact of regulations like CCPA and GDPR on marketing channels.
Aside from client delivery, the selected candidate will also drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the digital marketing platform space.

Requirement:

Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience (5-7 years) in Martech consulting, digital marketing, or related roles.
In-depth knowledge of Martech platforms and tools such as CDP systems( Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Treasure Data etc.), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation (e.g., Webengage, Netcore, Moengage, Salesforce, Adobe Journey Optimizer), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
Certification in relevant Martech platforms/tools is a plus.
Understanding of Adtech platforms - Google Ads, Facebook, DSPs (Dv360, TTD, Adobe, Xandr, Amazon), DMPs (Salesforce), Adservers (DCM, Sizmek), BAV platforms (IAS, DoubleVerify, Channel Factory) is a plus.
