Support Engineer 2

This is a full-time role for L2 Support Engineer with 2 - 4 years of experience to manage and support IT operations , hardware , software and network environments at Arahas in Gurgaon

The Specialist will be responsible for network administration, technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring network security. Immediate joiners are preferred .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily incident operations and resolve escalations.
• Install and configure Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2019, and software on user systems.
• Troubleshoot and support hardware, software, and LAN issues.
• Configure MS Outlook, McAfee ENS, and endpoint encryption.
• Set up WFH configurations for laptops/desktops and network printers.
• Use network diagnostics (Tracert, Ping, Nslookup, Netstat).
• Administer remote tools (SCCM, TeamViewer) and manage asset tracking.
• Handle Active Directory user management and Group Policy.
• Provide L1 support via chat, email, and phone across India.
• Configure VPNs, MFA, and VMware support.
• Maintain logs and documentation for audits.

Skills:

Proficiency in remote tools, network commands, Active Directory, and VPN management.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
