Urgent requirement for the post of Export Coordinator at Santacruz Location
Job position: Export Coordinator
Experience: 1-3 years
Post: 2 Opening
Educational qualification: Any Graduate with practical knowledge in Similar profile.
Gender preference: Male/Female
Age preference: 23+ years
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Co-ordinate and manage all aspects of the export process including preparation of quotation, order processing, documentations and correspondence for each mail.
2. Liaise with different departments such as forging, threading and packaging to ensure that all procedures are handled according to the commitment given to the customer.
3. Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all export transactions.
4. Coordination with shipping companies to arrange the booking for the shipments to customers.
5. Communicate with customers vide mail to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues if occurs.
6. Prepare and maintaining export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, fumigation, insurance, certificate of origin, E-Waybill, E-invoice, bill of lading, etc.
7. Manage all communications with customers, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving any issues that arise.
8. Order entry in Accpac
9. Preparation of job card after the instruction received from M.D.
10. Preparation of new customers label in Sims
11. Sending all export shipment documentations to dispatch team, CHA.
12. Preparation of B/L draft and getting approved in order to avoid any mistakes.
13. Communication with bank for inward remittance.
14. After receiving the remittance no., preparation of original documents and submitting it to the bank for updating EBRC.
15. Ensuring all the EBRCs are up to date, if any missing then follow up with the bank in order to be updated on the website.
16. Maintaining total record of Draw Back value in Excel for ready reference.
17. Maintaining the conversion file in excel against each invoice for accounts purpose.
