Export Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Prepare and manage all required export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, export permits, and customs declarations.

Export Related Bank Correspondence.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers abroad.

Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.

Identifying new exports clients, following up with customers who meet during international exhibitions and developing new export customers.

Provide support to international customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.

Preferred candidate profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in export documentation, export sales, or related fields.

Must be a graduate Bachelors or equivalent.

Possess good coordination and communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
