Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Administrative handling of team in order to maintain work flow business growth to attend corporate objectives

2. Keeping all time informed of microeconomic prevailing situation in guiding the team appropriately in order to empower all of them to be more effective in bringing business

3. Periodical reviews of individual performances identifying the gaps and mentoring to bridge the gap to achieve higher goals

4. Guiding, advising the team on day to day basis for smooth functioning progressively.

5. Ensuring achievement of team and individual business targets month after month

6. Management of account receivables

7. Management of client relation to keep them with feeling of importance to seek continuous business

8. Having business meetings with clients to ensure faster decision to favor business growth

9. Following up with the individual clients to ensure conversion of enquiry to sales

10. Follow up with factory to ensure material readiness and dispatch of goods in time

11. Insuring correct and timely disbursement of employee incentives and buyer commissions

12. Understanding and resolving conflicting issues of individual team member

13. Keeping an eye on market trends, macro economic scenario to fine tune business strategies

14. Coordination with exhibition organizers/ Add agencies/ stall builders etc. for successful participation in important exhibitions
