Manager - Admissions and Compliance

Role Description:

The Manager - Admissions and Compliance will be leading the critical function of student admission into our programs, as well as all visa and related matters of compliance when our students progress overseas. This would require the candidate to liaise with our recruitment partners and students, as well as with all our University partners to ensure a seamless process for the student. They will also be supporting the recruitment teams with student events and other recruitment activities as required. This role directly reports to the Co-Founders, and will be managing a team of admissions and visa associates.

Key Responsibilities:

The Manager - Admissions and Compliance will be responsible for the following key areas:

1. Assessing all student applications being submitted to The WorldGrad, to check eligibility against TWG program requirements and subsequent partner University entry requirements
2. Manage the offer letter issuance process, including both TWG and University conditional offers for the student
3. Manage the visa and overseas progression process for students; assess all student files for completeness for GSR-GTE/CAS/I20 process and guide recruitment partners and students accordingly
4. Liaise with University partners (in India and overseas) on an ongoing basis to ensure timely completion of students university admissions and visa processing
5. Build effective working relations with university partners for an up to date understanding of market changes, document process and areas of concern
6. Support the recruitment team with online and in-person events focused on student counseling, TWG process and awareness training etc.
