Executive Assistant

Administrative Support:

• Manage and prioritize the CEOs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO.

Communication Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality in all communications and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Project Coordination:

• Assist in managing key projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
• Track project progress, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and compile reports for the CEO.

Operational Efficiency:

• Organize and maintain the CEOs files and records for easy access.
• Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
• Anticipate the needs of the CEO and ensure all required materials are prepared in advance.

Strategic Support:

• Conduct research and provide insights on topics relevant to the CEOs responsibilities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and other external developments impacting the business.
• Provide analytical support to facilitate decision-making.
