Media Manager

Role & responsibilities

As the Media Manager at Electronics Mart India Limited, you will be responsible for developing and managing media strategies to boost our brand presence and drive customer engagement. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast media, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Develop Media Strategies: Craft and implement media strategies to increase brand visibility, reach, and customer engagement across multiple platforms.
• Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with creative, marketing, and sales teams to produce brand-aligned content and promotional materials.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze media performance data to evaluate the success of campaigns and adjust strategies to improve results and ROI.
• Partnerships and Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and agencies to maximize the impact of campaigns.
• Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to media planning and execution.

Skills Required:

• Media Strategy Development: Expertise in developing and executing media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Campaign Management: Ability to manage, monitor, and optimize media campaigns to ensure high engagement and ROI.
• Content Creation: Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging, brand-aligned content.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to assess campaign performance, track metrics, and improve strategies.
• Negotiation & Partnership Management: Ability to build strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and agencies.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder management.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to handle challenges and make quick decisions.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively, bring fresh ideas to campaigns, and adapt to changing media landscapes.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in media management, preferably in the retail or electronics industry.
• Proven track record of successful media campaign execution and management.
