Job Summary:

1. Admissions Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement an effective admissions strategy in alignment with the schools goals and the IB philosophy.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for increasing enrollment.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional material that effectively communicates the value of an IB education.

2. Outreach and Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with prospective families, schools, and communities to promote Apeejay School Internationals offerings.
• Organize and participate in events such as open houses, school fairs, and orientation programs to enhance visibility.
• Create and execute engagement campaigns across online and offline platforms to attract prospective students.

3. Parent Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing guidance throughout the admissions process.
• Provide detailed and personalized information to parents about the IB curriculum, extracurricular programs, and school culture.
• Handle parent inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the process

4. Team Leadership and Development:

• Recruit, train, and mentor admissions staff to ensure high performance and professional growth within the department.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team effectiveness.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with academic departments to understand program offerings and admission requirements.
• Communicate effectively with current students, parents, and alumni to support enrollment efforts.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. A degree in Marketing, Education, or Communication is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in admissions or a related role, preferably in an IB or international school setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong understanding of IB curriculum and international education trends.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
