Guru Academy is looking for VISA COUNSELOR to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Provide guidance and advice to individuals seeking visas for international travel, including assessing visa eligibility, providing information on visa requirements and procedures, and assisting with the completion of visa application forms. Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and consulates to obtain up-to-date information on visa regulations and procedures. Provide updates and feedback to clients regarding the status of their visa applications. Ensure that visa applications are processed in a timely and efficient manner, monitoring application progress and following up with relevant authorities as necessary. Maintain accurate records and documentation of visa applications, ensuring that all information is complete, accurate, and up to date. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the visa application process. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in visa applications, and provide recommendations to improve visa processing efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to the development and implementation of visa policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
