The Opportunity:
As a Technical PreSales Manager, you will create and manage top-tier demonstration packages, empowering sales teams with high-value assets that align with buyer expectations. Your role will bridge technical expertise with business value to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and maintain demonstration environments for Agami s software portfolio.
- Implement and upskill teams on the latest demos in global Customer Experience Centers.
- Support pre-sales teams with cloud/on-premise demo environments.
- Deliver impactful product presentations and demos to technical non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with sales to align product fitment and delivery expectations.
- Provide technical insights for RFPs and proposals.
- Work with product teams to refine offerings based on customer needs.
- Ensure high-quality, templated demonstrations with clear documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends, technology, and competitors.
Qualifications Skills:
- 5-10 years in the tech industry, preferably with SAAS products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Expertise in MS PowerPoint Word, with project management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving tech landscapes.
- Experience in training, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex solutions into business value.
