The Opportunity:
Join us to work on cutting-edge telecom and CCaaS solutions , ensuring system reliability, optimizing performance, and solving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
What We Expect:
- 0-3 years of experience in telecom, cloud solutions, or technical support .
- Understanding of CCaaS, VoIP, SIP, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.) .
- Experience with Linux OS, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and telecom integrations .
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel for installations troubleshooting .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CCaaS and telecom infrastructure for high availability .
- Implement system administration, integrations, and operational improvements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams and clients.
- Monitor system performance, conduct fault analysis , and ensure scalability.
- Maintain industry best practices for network optimization and maintenance .
