Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry, including SMEs and large enterprises.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and utilizing digital tools like LinkedIn and CRM systems.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business challenges and goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop strategies to expand the companys footprint in the IT market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that align with sales objectives.
  • Stay updated on the companys IT products and services, including software, hardware, and IT consulting solutions.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical clients, showcasing the value and benefits of IT solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.


Preferred candidate profile

Experience in selling IT services or solutions to specific industries (e.g.,IT Infra FMS & AMC).

Knowledge of the latest IT trends and technologies used in IT Infra .

Established network within the IT sector.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of IT solutions, such as cloud computing, cyber security, software, or managed services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
