Associate Director/Senior Manager - Ad Operations
About the Role:
- We are looking for a strategic and data-driven leader to spearhead ad operations for Ultra Prism, our AI-powered ad optimization platform designed for Walled Garden ecosystems (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- As an Associate Director/Senior Manager - Ad Operations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing performance marketing campaigns, leveraging AI-driven automation, and scaling our ad operations to drive higher ROAS, lower CAC, and improved conversions.
- This role demands a deep understanding of biddable media, programmatic advertising, AI-driven campaign automation, and martech innovations.
- You will be at the forefront of ad tech evolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into campaign execution
Key Responsibilities
Ad Operations & Strategy:
- Lead and optimize large-scale ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other walled gardens to maximize efficiency, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Implement AI-powered automation and predictive analytics to optimize audience targeting, creative ad delivery, and budget allocation.
- Leverage Ultra AI Engine to improve audience segmentation, bid strategies, and dynamic creative optimization.
- Drive cross-channel optimization to ensure holistic campaign performance across multiple platforms.
- Utilize mDMP (marketing data management platform) insights to build high-intent audience cohorts.
AI-Powered Product Innovation & Automation:
- Collaborate with product and GTM teams to enhance Ultra Prism's AI-driven automation tools, ad optimization models, and campaign intelligence solutions.
- Identify feature gaps in existing ad platforms and propose AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Work on predictive analytics, creative AI automation (Opticks tool), and dynamic budget allocation to improve campaign success.
- Drive real-time optimization strategies powered by Ultra AI to reduce manual interventions and improve decision-making.
Strategy & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Act as a key stakeholder between ad ops, product, sales, and clients to align business objectives.
- Provide thought leadership on media planning, audience strategy, and creative excellence.
- Train and mentor teams on advanced campaign strategies, automation, and performance optimization.
- Drive strategic client pitches, audits, and consultation to improve adoption and revenue.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, and product innovation.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads, including latest platform updates, automation, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, audience segmentation, and biddable media strategies.
- Hands-on experience with ad tech, automation tools
- Strong understanding of MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), Google Analytics, and attribution modeling.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for growth.
- Experience working with large-scale budgets across multiple industries.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
