Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Associate Director - Sales with a product mindset, specializing in performance marketing and growth-driven digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue generation, client acquisition, and consultative sales, with experience from leading performance-first agencies. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing solutions, ad-tech platforms, and data-driven decision-making to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and onboarding new clients while nurturing existing accounts.
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies tailored to performance marketing, ensuring seamless execution and ROI-driven results.
- Leverage a product-first mindset to align client needs with Ultra's tech capabilities and custom solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, and Account Management) to optimize campaign performance and client satisfaction.
- Lead business development efforts across key industries, particularly e-commerce, D2C, BFSI, and consumer tech.
- Educate clients on Ultra's full-funnel performance marketing capabilities, including programmatic advertising, retargeting, and AI-driven audience insights.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to shape sales strategies and offerings.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
Key Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in performance marketing sales, preferably from agencies
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, ad-tech, and digital media sales.
- A deep understanding of CPL, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC models.
- Proven experience in managing large accounts and consultative selling.
- Demonstrated ability to sell digital advertising solutions across different verticals.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in working with DSPs, SSPs, programmatic platforms, and attribution tools is a plus.
