Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service within the travel domain.

Handle customer queries efficiently, ensuring a world-class service experience.

Resolve escalations, including queries from irate customers, with professionalism and empathy.

Lead and manage a team to achieve service excellence.

Ensure adherence to service quality standards and customer satisfaction KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

5-6 years of experience in Customer Service, specifically in the Travel industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre (Mandatory).

Experience in sales or customer service operations.

Excellent comprehension, convincing, and people management skills.

Target-driven with the ability to handle a high-pressure environment.
