Job Description
- Create and manage digital models using BIM software.

Requirements
- Familiarity with Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR) tools for BIM.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization tools.
- Experience with clash detection and coordination.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Ability to provide training and support to team members.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Professional certification in BIM (preferred).
