Roles and Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Revenue Targets:
  
• Conduct market analysis to identify key segments (e.g., international shipping, supply chain) and target customers.
• Build a clear sales funnel, including prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing. Use CRM software to track leads and progress.
• Set achievable revenue forecasts and adjust based on industry trends.
• Lead Generation & Relationship Building:
  
• Generate leads through outbound strategies (cold calls, email outreach) and inbound tactics (content, webinars).
• Form partnerships with shipping lines, airlines, and local delivery services to expand offerings.
• Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and providing personalized solutions. Regular follow-ups and excellent customer service are key.
• Collaboration with Marketing:
  
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for freight forwarding services.
• Produce educational content (e.g., case studies, whitepapers) to position your company as an industry leader.
• Sales Data Analysis:
