Job Description

  • Lead Generation : Research and identify potential customers through online searches, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Lead Qualification : Evaluate leads based on their needs, budget, and interest in our products.
  • Sales Presentations : Present product features and benefits to potential customers via phone, email, or video conference.
  • Deal Negotiation : Discuss pricing and payment terms with customers to meet their requirements and align with company goals.
  • Sales Closure : Finalize sales agreements, provide customer support, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Pipeline Management : Monitor sales activities, update records, and produce regular sales reports.
  • Product Knowledge : Stay current on product features, benefits, and competitors to inform potential customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Active Listening : Attentive to customer needs, building rapport and trust.

  • Experience : 1+ year sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
