About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive the sales of our proprietary AeroGCS software within the drone sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling technology solutions to potential drone customers, possess a deep understanding of defence procurement processes, and have a network within the drone industry.
Job Description :
1. As a Sales Officer you would be expected to identify potential markets, generate leads, and nurture business relationships in the Drone Industry. 2. You would be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase business growth, as well as analysing current industry trends and adapting our plans and objectives to ensure continued success. 3. Candidates shall travel as and when required. Traveling expenses will be reimbursed by PDRL every month.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify and target customers who can benefit from the PDRL Software Products. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets. 2. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within organizations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly. 3. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and procurement policies. Provide market feedback to the product development team to enhance the PDRL Product offerings. 4. Proposal Development: Prepare compelling and customized proposals for PDRL potential customers, highlighting the unique benefits of PDRL Products. Work closely with the other teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions. 5. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with PDRL potential customers to secure contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in selling technology solutions to drone, GIS customers. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
