We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Service to oversee customer service complaints and installations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in resolving service complaints, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.
• Delegate and oversee service tasks, track progress on customer complaints and ongoing projects, and manage the service team to achieve team goals.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, fostering strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor departmental challenges and client feedback to implement strategies that reduce recurring issues.
• Audit service quality and customer interactions to maintain the companys standards of excellence, efficiency, and productivity.
• Handle administrative tasks and contribute to the development of the service team.
• Ensure that all team members accurately input information into the CRM system.

Key Deliverables:

• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain service procedures, policies, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Provide support to both customers and service team members.
• Collaborate with the sales and manufacturing teams to ensure the smooth resolution of customer issues.
