1) Understanding the process of receiving PO and acknowledgement.
2)Schedules updates with customers through periodic (Daily/ Weekly) communications.
3)Monthly newsletters as applicable.
4)Review and Update of project deliveries.
5)Co-ordinate and participate in all customer meetings, visits and audits.
6)Coordinate track OTIF, customer score card and customer satisfaction surveys as per QMS.
7)Manage OTIF as per QMS by means of tracking no. of parts or lines delivered on weekly / monthly basis.
8)Resolve issues that arise between the departments and customer, while contracting or scoping the project w.r.t material, technical issues, logistics, and quality issues.
9)Conduct daily huddle meetings and update revenue plans forecasts.
10)Conduct risk analysis and track actions on a daily basis.
11)Ensure adherence to QMS standards for all projects delivered in the account.
12)Comply with all Aequs policies and processes and related timelines.
13)Manage daily activities through SAP PS SD Module
14)Able to track project through project plan for on time completion of FAIs (New Product Development).
