ServiceNow / Lead / Architect

Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.Expert in Service Now administration, configuration, and development (ITSM, CMDB, KB experience required)
Expert in developing ServiceNow Business Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, ServiceNow client and server-side scripting
Working experience with ServiceNow modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITSM is an added advantage
Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools/systems.
Expertise Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST API's
Provide software development and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development.
Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
