Account Manager - Business Intelligence

The purpose of this role is to create and support our business intelligence solutions. The role will help drive BI requirements with clients and ensure accurate reporting documentation is captured. This role will have strong understanding of BI tools and technologies. This role will directly interface with clients, third-party and other teams.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports based on business requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and transform data for reporting purposes.
• Integrate and manage data from Amazon Redshift for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate insights.
• Perform data validation and ensure data quality in all reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data-related issues.
• Document report designs and processes for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Experience working with Amazon Redshift or other cloud-based data warehouses.
• Understanding of data modeling and relational database design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
