Job Description
The Programmatic Senior Analyst will support the execution and reporting of programmatic advertising campaigns. This role requires some understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and ad-servers. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and has a strong interest in digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the campaign setup, amendments, and creative check of programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Help manage ad tags, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure proper tracking and measurement.
- Work closely with senior team members to meet clients objectives.
- Pull reports from multiple platforms, analyze and update them on campaign performance reports.
Requirements
- 4+years of experience in a campaign management role in the advertising and online media marketing. Video ad experience is an added advantage.
- Understanding and knowledge of DSPs or SSPs (e.g. DV360, Xandr, Google Ad Manager) and ad-serving platforms (e.g. CM360, Flashtalking).
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and quickly become proficient in new technologies and platforms as required.
- Basic understanding of pixel and pixel management.
- Must be open to adapting and working on any Ad Tech tool including in-house DSPs related to Programmatic Advertising.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly, as well as good interpersonal skills are required.
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
- Attention to detail and a sense of accountability is required.
- Generate accurate inventory forecasts by aggregating data from multiple systems, including but not limited to FreeWheel, The Trade Desk, and other inventory platforms.
- Provide availability insights to stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.
- Apply audience targeting parameters, restrictions, and adjust forecasts as needed to align with campaign requirements.
- Enter order and line item details into relevant systems (e.g., Operative One and/or proprietary platforms) based on the inventory package sold.
- Input necessary information into Locality systems to ensure accurate billing records.
- Manage revisions, cancellations, and updates to orders as required.
Platform Experience:
- 1+ yrs. of experience working on any of these platforms like DV360, CM360, GAM, Xandr, Looker etc.

- Works as a member of the team and cross-functional teams
- Ability to lead/own internal vendor meetings and communication.
- Have an aptitude for basic mathematical concepts
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet all deadlines while producing quality.
- Ability to aggregate and communicate data to support recommendations
- Ability to follow through on assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Passion and curiosity for media, brands digital activation
- Flexible to work across different time zones/shifts (including night shift)
