Job description:

• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from the Project Head Office
• Coordinate with site teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Analyse project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and project team members

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in project engineering and management roles
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, industry standards, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in contract administration and stakeholder management
