This role will be a new approach for us supporting multiple areas of HR as we scale our operations in India
Over time the role will offer the opportunity to specialize either into our HR Innovations Team or our Office Management Team based on your strengths and ambitions

What You’ll Do
HR Innovations (Operations & Optimization)
Employee data and records management by managing Workday for India, ensuring employees have access to relevant information
Manage and continually improve our employee lifecycle, from pre-onboarding to offboarding
Advise on process improvements and innovations to support scale, in partnership with HR Tech and other internal teams
Partner closely with Global Mobility and HR Innovations to support with inbound/outbound immigration and business travel visa needs
Partner with APAC HR Innovations on payroll and benefits administration in partnership with internal and external providers
Support, and at times, be backup for HR operations in the APAC region
Office Management & Culture
Provide a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff – internal and external
Be the "go-to-person" for all incoming office related queries
Partner closely with IT, Events, Marketing, broader HR, and other teams to make sure that all teams are aligned on needs, changes, growth, and vibe in the office
Work with internal teams to provide access and support for a wide variety of visitor experiences such as candidate interviews, client visits, global visitors, trainings and more
Be the point person for all building-related contact with our building management team to coordinate all maintenance, repairs, and documentation as needed
Work with Security and IT to ensure that we are up to date and compliant in all areas of on site security management including emergency preparedness and visitor management
Manage suppliers and seek new ones when appropriate
Be responsible for coordinating our approach to CSR activities and champion the involvement of other offices members through a committee
Work with local leadership to develop the approach to plan & run team building and other office celebratory events
Partner with Global Workplace team to manage all aspects of the office's space/infrastructure planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested
Contribute to projects, ideas and participate in local and global projects to shape Adyen's growth
Who You Are & What You Know
5+ years of experience in a HR Generalist/Operations/Office administration role
Have a belief in being flexible and doing what it takes to support the overall HR functions of India and create Exceptional Employee Experiences
Understanding of India labor laws and experience in payroll processing and employment regulations
HRIS knowledge, familiarity with Google-suite and experience with Workday is a plus

Fluent in English and mainstream Indian languages; both written and verbal
