Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Licensing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing expert support related to Microsoft products, including D365 Licensing, Azure, and Dynamics. This role also involves overseeing mailbox migrations for Gmail, GoDaddy, and M365, and offering comprehensive support for billing, sales, and renewals. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and a thorough understanding of Microsoft licensing and customer management.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Product Expertise:
Provide in-depth knowledge and expert guidance on Microsoft D365 Licensing, Azure, and Dynamics to customers.
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate Microsoft licensing options to meet their business needs.
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft product updates, licensing changes, and best practices.
Mailbox Migration Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute mailbox migrations for platforms such as Gmail, GoDaddy, and M365.
Ensure seamless and efficient transitions with minimal disruption to customer operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.
Support for Billing, Sales, and Renewals:
Address and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, sales, and renewals in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with the renewal process, ensuring they understand billing statements and payment options.
Provide support for sales processes, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing contracts.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their licensing and technical needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, product adoption, and overall service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Microsoft licensing and customer management.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products, including D365 Licensing, Azure, and Dynamics.
Proven experience with mailbox migrations for Gmail, GoDaddy, and M365.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or other relevant Microsoft certifications.
Experience with CRM systems and customer support software.
Previous experience in a technology or IT services company.
