M365 Support Engineer

Hi All,

We are looking for M365 Support Engineer (L1 & L2) with 2 to 7 years experience for Nagpur – Maharashtra and Navi Mumbai Location.

Looking for Immediate / Early Joiner’s

Candidate must be well verse with Microsoft M365 E3 / M365 F3 and WAF CDN Exposure. Worked on implementation projects, Managing M365 Environment, Active Directory, ADFS, Power BI, Troubleshooting, Monitoring and actively providing support to floor users with their technical queries. Extensively worked on ADFS implementation and support.

Incident Management and Response management as per the agreed SLA

Regular troubleshooting and issue resolution, taking escalation from L1 engineers to sort out the issue.

Assisting the end-users over Email/Phone/WebEx

Monthly Patch deployment at endpoints

Ensuring Patch compliance at an optimum level

Continuous health monitoring of all the SCCM servers

Monitoring application and underlying infrastructure

Timely Upgrade of existing applications like Power BI, Microsoft Project, etc.

Regular maintenance and house-keeping activities

Plan and execute preventive maintenance. Support for BCP, DR planning and execution.

Requirement gathering for application enhancement and customization xiii.

System Reporting – Daily, Weekly and Monthly

Day to day operations, policy syncing, fine tuning, troubleshooting any issue etc

related to CDN and CDN WAF
