Microsoft 365 Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently or within a team to provide technical support. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and management of Microsoft 365 environments, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid settings. You will play a crucial role in supporting multiple clients, ensuring seamless operations across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Mailbox Migration: Migrate mailboxes from on-premises to cloud platforms and vice versa, with a successful track record of migrating over 5000 mailboxes.
User Management: Create bulk users and assign Teams licenses using PowerShell commands.
Exchange Administration: Provide send on behalf, send as, and full access for mailboxes; manage calendar delegation.
Azure Active Directory Management: Administer Azure AD, including user and group management, access controls, and security settings.
Intune Administration: Manage mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) using Intune; enroll devices and push applications to bulk devices.
Custom Domain and Branding: Create custom domains and company branding in Azure AD.
Microsoft Licensing: Serve as a Microsoft Licensing Specialist, supporting multiple clients across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid platforms.
Email Management: Troubleshoot Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs), trace emails, and manage mail flow issues.
SharePoint & OneDrive Management: Create SharePoint sites, set storage limits, and manage end-user OneDrive files.
Security and Compliance: Maintain transport rules, antispam filters (DKIM, SPF), DNS records, and install the latest security patches on Exchange servers.
Automation: Develop and implement scripts for the automation of routine tasks, such as mailbox creation and permission management.
Support & Incident Management: Handle support tickets (SR, tasks, incidents) while adhering to SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in Exchange Online and On-premise, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
Strong knowledge of Exchange Servers (2013, 2016, 2019) and Office 365.
Experience with PowerShell scripting, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Intune, and MS Teams.
Familiarity with Microsoft Licensing, Microsoft Azure, and Cisco IronPort.
Experience in a shared environment, supporting multiple clients.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration or a related role.
