Senior Officer - Accounts (Banking)

Work Location: Baner, Pune (Corporate Office)

Role & responsibilities

1. Export Incentive Accounting:

• Reconciliation of Exports incentive with Books of Accounts (Rod Tep/DBK)
• Accurate accounting of Export Incentive

2. Forex Management:

• Tracking and submission of EDPMS, IDPMS, BRC, FIRC, and any other statutory certification requirements and compliances adherence
• Timely and accurate Reporting of all compliance requirements with respect to Short Term/ Long Term Loan, PCRE/PCFC Term Loan & interest working and others
• Provide the Monthly Forex Gain/ Loss reinstates working for Export customer & Import suppliers.
• Provide the projected export / import, forex loan repayment data to forex consultant as and when required, arrange the monthly meeting with forex consultant, preparation the monthly forex MIS.
• Keep the tracking of forward contract settlement on real time basis.
• Ensure effective deployment of forex policy.
• UFSC Certification and data working.

3. Coordination with Banker:

• Annual Renewal of working capital facilities
• Annual Collateral security audit.
• Due diligence report data working
• MBA Annexure data working
• Assist for Term Loan documentations.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of experience in Banking & treasury in accounts
