MERN Stack Developer (9-15 yrs)

Experience :

- 9+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.

- Expertise in the MEAN or MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React, Node.js).

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Deep understanding of front-end frameworks (Angular or React).

- Proficient in Node.js and back-end development using Express.js.

- Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is an advantage.

Leadership & Management :

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers.

- Experience working with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with server-side rendering frameworks like Next.js (for MERN stack) or Universal (for MEAN stack).

- Familiarity with GraphQL.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
